My method is focused on gradually acclimating the body to the workload without causing stress to the system. We aim to ensure that workouts and any associations with them bring positive emotions. Moreover, I develop a personalized program for each client, focusing on their needs, taking into account their preferences, and excluding any unwanted exercises from the program. This approach guarantees that the client will stay motivated over the long term, allowing not only the achievement of the desired physical shape but also avoiding setbacks in the future.
