It's time to share an important update with you regarding my training services. Starting November 1, 2025, I will be adjusting the prices for most of my Services, including both 1-on-1 Online and In-Person Training.

What this means for you:

My Current Clients: nothing changes! Your rates will remain exactly the same as they are now.

My Former Clients: if you’ve ever trained with me in the past and are thinking about restarting, you can still lock in the old pricing if you come back before January 1, 2026. After that date, new rates will apply.

Training Program Packages: no changes here. Package pricing will remain the same.

This adjustment reflects the value of the services I provide and allows me to continue offering high-quality, personalized training.

If you’ve been considering starting your training with me, now is the best time to take advantage of the current pricing.
